Special OlympicsOCI dispatches a volunteer group consisting of the children of executives and employees to the Special Olympics, a sports festival for the developmentally disabled, to smoothly facilitate the operation of the games.
OCI will try to eliminate prejudice against people with disabilities and expand social interest. -
Nepal Solar ProjectIn a small school located in the middle of the Himalayan Mountains more than 2,000 meters above sea level, they cannot do their homework or read books at sunset.
This is because there is not enough electricity.
Since 2012, OCI has been volunteering to install solar panels and power generation equipment in the alpine region of Nepal with its executives and employees.
Hopefully, solar power will help students in the mountains of Nepal see, feel, communicate and dream more. -
Cogeneration Power Plant VideoOCI SE, our subsidiary, oversees the operation of the cogeneration plant that supplies steam and electricity in the Saemangeum Industrial Complex. The power plant features the best available techniques in consideration of environmental friendliness. The production capacity is 860 tons per hour of steam and 300 megawatt of electricity.
